1. Save me, O God; for the waters are come in unto my soul.
1. (69:1) Au chef des chantres. Sur les lis. De David. (69:2) Sauve-moi, ô Dieu! Car les eaux menacent ma vie.
1. "[Ho an' ny mpiventy hira. Al-shoshanim. Salamo nataon' i Davida.] Vonjeo aho, Andriamanitra ô; fa efa mihatra amin' ny aiko ny rano,"
2. I sink in deep mire, where there is no standing: I am come into deep waters, where the floods overflow me.
2. "(69:3) J`enfonce dans la boue, sans pouvoir me tenir; Je suis tombé dans un gouffre, et les eaux m`inondent."
2. "Milentika amin' ny fotaka mandrevo aho, ka tsy misy hifaharana; efa miditra amin' ny rano lalina aho, ka mandifotra ahy ny riaka."
3. I am weary of my crying: my throat is dried: mine eyes fail while I wait for my God.
3. (69:4) Je m`épuise à crier, mon gosier se dessèche, Mes yeux se consument, tandis que je regarde vers mon Dieu.
3. "Sasatry ny mitaraina aho, maina ny tendako; pahina ny masoko, raha miandry an' Andriamanitro aho."
4. They that hate me without a cause are more than the hairs of mine head: they that would destroy me, being mine enemies wrongfully, are mighty: then I restored that which I took not away.
4. "(69:5) Ils sont plus nombreux que les cheveux de ma tête, Ceux qui me haïssent sans cause; Ils sont puissants, ceux qui veulent me perdre, Qui sont à tort mes ennemis. Ce que je n`ai pas dérobé, il faut que je le restitue."
4. "Maro noho ny volon-dohako ny isan' izay mankahala ahy tsy ahoan-tsy ahoana; mahery izay te-hahafaty ahy, dia izay tonga fahavaloko tsy ahoan-tsy ahoana; noho izany dia nanonitra izay tsy nalaiko aho."
5. O God, thou knowest my foolishness; and my sins are not hid from thee.
5. (69:6) O Dieu! tu connais ma folie, Et mes fautes ne te sont point cachées.
5. "Andriamanitra ô, mahalala ny hadalako Ianao; ary tsy mba miafina aminao ny fahotako."
6. Let not them that wait on thee, O Lord GOD of hosts, be ashamed for my sake: let not those that seek thee be confounded for my sake, O God of Israel.
6. (69:7) Que ceux qui espèrent en toi ne soient pas confus à cause de moi, Seigneur, Éternel des armées! Que ceux qui te cherchent ne soient pas dans la honte à cause de moi, Dieu d`Israël!
6. "Aoka tsy ho menatra noho ny amiko izay miandry Anao, Jehovah Tompon' ny maro ô; aoka tsy ho very hevitra noho ny amiko izay mitady Anao, ry Andriamanitry ny Isiraely ô."
7. Because for thy sake I have borne reproach; shame hath covered my face.
7. "(69:8) Car c`est pour toi que je porte l`opprobre, Que la honte couvre mon visage;"
7. "Fa noho ny aminao no itondrako latsa; safotry ny henatra ny tavako."
8. I am become a stranger unto my brethren, and an alien unto my mother's children.
8. (69:9) Je suis devenu un étranger pour mes frères, Un inconnu pour les fils de ma mère.
8. "Efa vahiny amin' ny rahalahiko aho; eny, efa olon-ko azy amin' ny zanak' ineny aho."
9. For the zeal of thine house hath eaten me up; and the reproaches of them that reproached thee are fallen upon me.
9. (69:10) Car le zèle de ta maison me dévore, Et les outrages de ceux qui t`insultent tombent sur moi.
9. "Fa ny firehetako ny amin' ny tranonao no naharìtra aina ahy; ary ny latsa nataon' izay nandatsa Anao dia nihatra tamiko."
10. When I wept, and chastened my soul with fasting, that was to my reproach.
10. "(69:11) Je verse des larmes et je jeûne, Et c`est ce qui m`attire l`opprobre;"
10. Fony nitomany sady nampahory ny fanahiko tamin' ny fifadian-kanina aho, dia natao latsa ho ahy izany.
11. I made sackcloth also my garment; and I became a proverb to them.
11. (69:12) Je prends un sac pour vêtement, Et je suis l`objet de leurs sarcasmes.
11. Lamba fisaonana koa no nataoko fitafiako, dia tonga oha-teny taminy aho.
12. They that sit in the gate speak against me; and I was the song of the drunkards.
12. (69:13) Ceux qui sont assis à la porte parlent de moi, Et les buveurs de liqueurs fortes me mettent en chansons.
12. "Miresaka ahy izay mipetraka eo am-bavahady; ary ataon' ny mpisotro toaka an-kira aho."
13. But as for me, my prayer is unto thee, O LORD, in an acceptable time: O God, in the multitude of thy mercy hear me, in the truth of thy salvation.
13. (69:14) Mais je t`adresse ma prière, ô Éternel! Que ce soit le temps favorable, ô Dieu, par ta grande bonté! Réponds-moi, en m`assurant ton secours!
13. Fa raha ny amiko, ny fivavahako dia mankeo aminao, Jehovah ô, amin' ny andro fankasitrahana: Henoy aho, Jehovah ô araka ny haben' ny famindramponao, araka ny fahamarinan' ny famonjenao.
14. Deliver me out of the mire, and let me not sink: let me be delivered from them that hate me, and out of the deep waters.
14. (69:15) Retire-moi de la boue, et que je n`enfonce plus! Que je sois délivré de mes ennemis et du gouffre!
14. "Afaho amin' ny fotaka aho, ka aza avela hilentika; vonjeo aho amin' izay mankahala ahy sy amin' ny rano lalina."
15. Let not the waterflood overflow me, neither let the deep swallow me up, and let not the pit shut her mouth upon me.
15. (69:16) Que les flots ne m`inondent plus, Que l`abîme ne m`engloutisse pas, Et que la fosse ne se ferme pas sur moi!
15. "Aza avela hanafotra ahy ny rano mandriaka, na hitelina ahy ny lalina; ary aza avela hikatom-bava amiko ny lavaka fantsakana."
16. Hear me, O LORD; for thy lovingkindness is good: turn unto me according to the multitude of thy tender mercies.
16. (69:17) Exauce-moi, Éternel! car ta bonté est immense. Dans tes grandes compassions, tourne vers moi les regards,
16. "Henoy aho, Jehovah ô, fa tsara ny indrafonao; todiho aho araka ny haben' ny antranao."
17. And hide not thy face from thy servant; for I am in trouble: hear me speedily.
17. (69:18) Et ne cache pas ta face à ton serviteur! Puisque je suis dans la détresse, hâte-toi de m`exaucer!
17. "Ary aza manafina ny tavanao amin' ny mpanomponao; fa azom-pahoriana aho, koa faingàna hihaino ahy."
18. Draw nigh unto my soul, and redeem it: deliver me because of mine enemies.
18. (69:19) Approche-toi de mon âme, délivre-la! Sauve-moi, à cause de mes ennemis!
18. "Hatòny ny fanahiko ka avoty izy; afaho aho noho ny amin' ny fahavaloko."
19. Thou hast known my reproach, and my shame, and my dishonour: mine adversaries are all before thee.
19. "(69:20) Tu connais mon opprobre, ma honte, mon ignominie; Tous mes adversaires sont devant toi."
19. "Ianao no mahalala ny latsa mihatra amiko ary ny fahamenarako sy ny fahafaham-boninahitro; eo anatrehanao ny mpandrafy ahy rehetra."
20. Reproach hath broken my heart; and I am full of heaviness: and I looked for some to take pity, but there was none; and for comforters, but I found none.
20. "(69:21) L`opprobre me brise le coeur, et je suis malade; J`attends de la pitié, mais en vain, Des consolateurs, et je n`en trouve aucun."
20. "Ny latsa dia nanorotoro ny foko, ka reraka indrindra aho; ary niandry antra aho, fa tsy nisy, sy mpanony, fa tsy nahita."
21. They gave me also gall for my meat; and in my thirst they gave me vinegar to drink.
21. (69:22) Ils mettent du fiel dans ma nourriture, Et, pour apaiser ma soif, ils m`abreuvent de vinaigre.
21. "Fa zava-mangidy no nomeny hohaniko; ary vinaingitra no natolony ahy hosotroiko, raha nangetaheta aho."
22. Let their table become a snare before them: and that which should have been for their welfare, let it become a trap.
22. (69:23) Que leur table soit pour eux un piège, Et un filet au sein de leur sécurité!
22. "Aoka ho fandrika ho azy ireo ny latabany; ary aoka ho tonga tonta izay tokony ho nahasoa azy."
23. Let their eyes be darkened, that they see not; and make their loins continually to shake.
23. (69:24) Que leurs yeux s`obscurcissent et ne voient plus, Et fais continuellement chanceler leurs reins!
23. "Aoka ho jamba ny masony mba tsy hahita; ary ampangozohozoy mandrakariva ny valahany."
24. Pour out thine indignation upon them, and let thy wrathful anger take hold of them.
24. (69:25) Répands sur eux ta colère, Et que ton ardente fureur les atteigne!
24. "Aidino aminy ny fahatezeranao; ary aoka hahatratra azy ny firehetan' ny fahaviniranao."
25. Let their habitation be desolate; and let none dwell in their tents.
25. (69:26) Que leur demeure soit dévastée, Qu`il n`y ait plus d`habitants dans leurs tentes!
25. "Aoka ho foana ny fonenany; ary aza avela hisy hitoetra ao an-dainy."
26. For they persecute him whom thou hast smitten; and they talk to the grief of those whom thou hast wounded.
26. (69:27) Car ils persécutent celui que tu frappes, Ils racontent les souffrances de ceux que tu blesses.
26. "Fa izay nasianao no nenjehiny; ary miresaka ny fahorian' ireo izay noratrainao izy."
27. Add iniquity unto their iniquity: and let them not come into thy righteousness.
27. (69:28) Ajoute des iniquités à leurs iniquités, Et qu`ils n`aient point part à ta miséricorde!
27. "Aoka hiampy heloka ny helony; ary aoka tsy hiditra amin' ny fahamarinanao izy."
28. Let them be blotted out of the book of the living, and not be written with the righteous.
28. (69:29) Qu`ils soient effacés du livre de vie, Et qu`ils ne soient point inscrits avec les justes!
28. Aoka hovonoina tsy ho eo amin' ny bokin' ny velona ny anarany, ary aoka tsy hosoratana miaraka amin' ny an' ny marina.
29. But I am poor and sorrowful: let thy salvation, O God, set me up on high.
29. (69:30) Moi, je suis malheureux et souffrant: O Dieu, que ton secours me relève!
29. "Fa ory sy mahantra aho, Andriamanitra ô; aoka ny famonjenao no hanandratra ahy."
30. I will praise the name of God with a song, and will magnify him with thanksgiving.
30. (69:31) Je célébrerai le nom de Dieu par des cantiques, Je l`exalterai par des louanges.
30. Hankalaza ny anaran' Andriamanitra amin' ny fihirana aho, ary hidera azy amin' ny fisaorana.
31. This also shall please the LORD better than an ox or bullock that hath horns and hoofs.
31. (69:32) Cela est agréable à l`Éternel, plus qu`un taureau Avec des cornes et des sabots.
31. Fa ho sitrak' i Jehovah izany noho ny vantotr' ombilahy, izay manan-tandroka sady mivaky kitro.
32. The humble shall see this, and be glad: and your heart shall live that seek God.
32. "(69:33) Les malheureux le voient et se réjouissent; Vous qui cherchez Dieu, que votre coeur vive!"
32. "Hahita izany ny manetry tena ka ho faly; ary ho velona ny fonareo izay mitady an' Andriamanitra."
33. For the LORD heareth the poor, and despiseth not his prisoners.
33. (69:34) Car l`Éternel écoute les pauvres, Et il ne méprise point ses captifs.
33. Fa mihaino ny mahantra Jehovah, ary tsy mba hamavoiny ny olony mifatotra.
34. Let the heaven and earth praise him, the seas, and every thing that moveth therein.
34. (69:35) Que les cieux et la terre le célèbrent, Les mers et tout ce qui s`y meut!
34. Aoka hidera Azy ny lanitra sy ny tany, ny ranomasina sy izay rehetra mihetsika ao aminy.
35. For God will save Zion, and will build the cities of Judah: that they may dwell there, and have it in possession.
35. "(69:36) Car Dieu sauvera Sion, et bâtira les villes de Juda; On s`y établira, et l`on en prendra possession;"
35. "Fa hamonjy an' i Ziona Andriamanitra sady hanangana ny tanànan' i Joda; ary hitoetra ao izy ka ho tompony."
36. The seed also of his servants shall inherit it: and they that love his name shall dwell therein.
36. (69:37) La postérité de ses serviteurs en fera son héritage, Et ceux qui aiment son nom y auront leur demeure.
36. "Handova azy koa ny taranaky ny mpanompony; ary hitoetra ao izay tia ny anarany."
