Chapter 97
1. The LORD reigneth; let the earth rejoice; let the multitude of isles be glad thereof.
1. L`Éternel règne: que la terre soit dans l`allégresse, Que les îles nombreuses se réjouissent!

2. Clouds and darkness are round about him: righteousness and judgment are the habitation of his throne.
2. Les nuages et l`obscurité l`environnent, La justice et l`équité sont la base de son trône.

3. A fire goeth before him, and burneth up his enemies round about.
3. Le feu marche devant lui, Et embrase à l`entour ses adversaires.

4. His lightnings enlightened the world: the earth saw, and trembled.
4. "Ses éclairs illuminent le monde, La terre le voit et tremble;"
4. "Nahazava izao tontolo izao ny helany; nahita izany ny tany ka nihorohoro."
5. The hills melted like wax at the presence of the LORD, at the presence of the Lord of the whole earth.
5. Les montagnes se fondent comme la cire devant l`Éternel, Devant le Seigneur de toute la terre.
5. Niempo tahaka ny savoka ny havoana teo anatrehan' i Jehovah, dia teo anatrehan' ny Tompon' ny tany rehetra.
6. The heavens declare his righteousness, and all the people see his glory.
6. Les cieux publient sa justice, Et tous les peuples voient sa gloire.
6. Maneho ny fahamarinany ny lanitra ary mahita ny voninahiny ny olon-drehetra.
7. Confounded be all they that serve graven images, that boast themselves of idols: worship him, all ye gods.
7. Ils sont confus, tous ceux qui servent les images, Qui se font gloire des idoles. Tous les dieux se prosternent devant lui.

8. Zion heard, and was glad; and the daughters of Judah rejoiced because of thy judgments, O LORD.
8. Sion l`entend et se réjouit, Les filles de Juda sont dans l`allégresse, A cause de tes jugements, ô Éternel!
8. "Nandre Ziona ka nifaly; ary niravoravo ny zanakavavin' i Joda noho ny fitsaranao, Jehovah ô."
9. For thou, LORD, art high above all the earth: thou art exalted far above all gods.
9. Car toi, Éternel! tu es le Très Haut sur toute la terre, Tu es souverainement élevé au-dessus de tous les dieux.
9. "Fa Ianao, Jehovah ô, no Avo Indrindra ambonin' ny tany rehetra; asandratra avo ambonin' ny andriamanitra rehetra Ianao."
10. Ye that love the LORD, hate evil: he preserveth the souls of his saints; he delivereth them out of the hand of the wicked.
10. Vous qui aimez l`Éternel, haïssez le mal! Il garde les âmes de ses fidèles, Il les délivre de la main des méchants.
10. "Ianareo izay tia an' i Jehovah, mankahalà ny ratsy; miaro ny fanahin' ny olony masina Izy; manafaka azy amin' ny tanan' ny ratsy fanahy."
11. Light is sown for the righteous, and gladness for the upright in heart.
11. La lumière est semée pour le juste, Et la joie pour ceux dont le coeur est droit.
11. Ny fahazavana no voafafy ho an' ny marina, ary ny fifaliana ho an' ny mahitsy fo.
12. Rejoice in the LORD, ye righteous; and give thanks at the remembrance of his holiness.
12. Justes, réjouissez-vous en l`Éternel, Et célébrez par vos louanges sa sainteté!
12. Mifalia amin' i Jehovah, ry olo-marina ary misaora amin' ny fahatsiarovana ny fahamasinany.
Chapter 98
1. O sing unto the LORD a new song; for he hath done marvellous things: his right hand, and his holy arm, hath gotten him the victory.
1. Psaume. Chantez à l`Éternel un cantique nouveau! Car il a fait des prodiges. Sa droite et son bras saint lui sont venus en aide.
1. "[Salamo.] Mihirà fihiram-baovao ho an' i Jehovah; fa efa nanao zava-mahagaga Izy; ny tanany ankavanana sy ny sandriny masina no nahazoany fandresena."
2. The LORD hath made known his salvation: his righteousness hath he openly shewed in the sight of the heathen.
2. L`Éternel a manifesté son salut, Il a révélé sa justice aux yeux des nations.
2. "Efa nampahafantatra ny famonjeny Jehovah; teo anatrehan' ny jentilisa no nanehoany miharihary ny fahamarinany."
3. He hath remembered his mercy and his truth toward the house of Israel: all the ends of the earth have seen the salvation of our God.
3. Il s`est souvenu de sa bonté et de sa fidélité envers la maison d`Israël, Toutes les extrémités de la terre ont vu le salut de notre Dieu.

4. Make a joyful noise unto the LORD, all the earth: make a loud noise, and rejoice, and sing praise.
4. Poussez vers l`Éternel des cris de joie, Vous tous, habitants de la terre! Faites éclater votre allégresse, et chantez!

5. Sing unto the LORD with the harp; with the harp, and the voice of a psalm.
5. "Chantez à l`Éternel avec la harpe; Avec la harpe chantez des cantiques!"
5. "Mihirà ho an' i Jehovah amin' ny harpa; amin' ny harpa sy ny feon' ny salamo."
6. With trumpets and sound of cornet make a joyful noise before the LORD, the King.
6. Avec les trompettes et au son du cor, Poussez des cris de joie devant le roi, l`Éternel!
6. Mihobia eo anatrehan' i Jehovah Mpanjaka amin' ny trompetra sy ny fitsofana ny anjomara.
7. Let the sea roar, and the fulness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein.
7. Que la mer retentisse avec tout ce qu`elle contient, Que le monde et ceux qui l`habitent éclatent d`allégresse,

8. Let the floods clap their hands: let the hills be joyful together
8. Que les fleuves battent des mains, Que toutes les montagnes poussent des cris de joie,

9. Before the LORD; for he cometh to judge the earth: with righteousness shall he judge the world, and the people with equity.
9. "Devant l`Éternel! Car il vient pour juger la terre; Il jugera le monde avec justice, Et les peuples avec équité."
9. "Eo anatrehan' i Jehovah; fa avy hitsara ny tany Izy; hitsara izao tontolo izao amin' ny fahamarinana Izy, ary ny olona amin' ny fahitsiana."
Chapter 99
1. The LORD reigneth; let the people tremble: he sitteth between the cherubims; let the earth be moved.
1. "L`Éternel règne: les peuples tremblent; Il est assis sur les chérubins: la terre chancelle."
1. "MANJAKA Jehovah; aoka hangovitra ny olona; mipetraka amin' ny kerobima Izy; aoka hihorohoro ny tany."
2. The LORD is great in Zion; and he is high above all the people.
2. L`Éternel est grand dans Sion, Il est élevé au-dessus de tous les peuples.
2. Lehibe any Ziona Jehovah, ary avo ambonin' ny olona rehetra Izy.
3. Let them praise thy great and terrible name; for it is holy.
3. Qu`on célèbre ton nom grand et redoutable! Il est saint!
3. "Aoka hidera ny anaranao lehibe sy mahatahotra ireo; fa masina izany."
4. The king's strength also loveth judgment; thou dost establish equity, thou executest judgment and righteousness in Jacob.
4. Qu`on célèbre la force du roi qui aime la justice! Tu affermis la droiture, Tu exerces en Jacob la justice et l`équité.
4. "Ny herin' ny mpanjaka koa dia tia rariny; ampitoerinao ny fahitsiana; fitsarana sy fahamarinana no tanterahinao eo amin' i Jakoba."
5. Exalt ye the LORD our God, and worship at his footstool; for he is holy.
5. Exaltez l`Éternel, notre Dieu, Et prosternez-vous devant son marchepied! Il est saint!
5. "Manandrata an' i Jehovah Andriamanitsika ianareo ka miankohofa eo amin' ny fitoeran-tongony; fa masina Izy."
6. Moses and Aaron among his priests, and Samuel among them that call upon his name; they called upon the LORD, and he answered them.
6. Moïse et Aaron parmi ses sacrificateurs, Et Samuel parmi ceux qui invoquaient son nom, Invoquèrent l`Éternel, et il les exauça.
6. "Mosesy sy Arona teo amin' ny mpisorony ary Samoela teo amin' izay miantso ny anarany; niantso an' i Jehovah ireo ka namaly azy ireo Izy."
7. He spake unto them in the cloudy pillar: they kept his testimonies, and the ordinance that he gave them.
7. "Il leur parla dans la colonne de nuée; Ils observèrent ses commandements Et la loi qu`il leur donna."
7. "Niteny taminy tao anatin' ny andri-rahona Izy; nitandrina ny teni-vavolombelony izy ireo sy ny didy izay efa nomeny azy."
8. Thou answeredst them, O LORD our God: thou wast a God that forgavest them, though thou tookest vengeance of their inventions.
8. Éternel, notre Dieu, tu les exauças, Tu fus pour eux un Dieu qui pardonne, Mais tu les as punis de leurs fautes.
8. Jehovah Andriamanitray ô, Andriamanitra mpamela ny helony Ianao, na dia namaly azy noho ny nataony aza.
9. Exalt the LORD our God, and worship at his holy hill; for the LORD our God is holy.
9. Exaltez l`Éternel, notre Dieu, Et prosternez-vous sur sa montagne sainte! Car il est saint, l`Éternel, notre Dieu!
