The Burnt Offering
1. And the LORD called unto Moses, and spake unto him out of the tabernacle of the congregation, saying,
1. "L`Éternel appela Moïse; de la tente d`assignation, il lui parla et dit:"
1. Ary Jehovah niantso an' i Mosesy ka niteny taminy tao anatin' ny tranolay fihaonana hoe:
2. Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, If any man of you bring an offering unto the LORD, ye shall bring your offering of the cattle, even of the herd, and of the flock.
2. Parle aux enfants d`Israël, et dis-leur: Lorsque quelqu`un d`entre vous fera une offrande à l`Éternel, il offrira du bétail, du gros ou du menu bétail.
2. Mitenena amin' ny Zanak' Isiraely ka lazao aminy hoe: Raha misy aminareo mitondra fanatitra ho an' i Jehovah, dia avy amin' ny biby fiompy, dia ny omby sy ny ondry aman' osy no ho fanatitrareo.
3. If his offering be a burnt sacrifice of the herd, let him offer a male without blemish: he shall offer it of his own voluntary will at the door of the tabernacle of the congregation before the LORD.
3. "Si son offrande est un holocauste de gros bétail, il offrira un mâle sans défaut; il l`offrira à l`entrée de la tente d`assignation, devant l`Éternel, pour obtenir sa faveur."
3. "Raha omby no ateriny ho fanatitra dorana, dia lahy tsy misy kilema no hateriny; hanatitra izany amin' ny sitrapony manokana eo anoloan' ny varavaran' ny tranolay fihaonana eo anatrehan' i Jehovah izy."
4. And he shall put his hand upon the head of the burnt offering; and it shall be accepted for him to make atonement for him.
4. Il posera sa main sur la tête de l`holocauste, qui sera agréé de l`Éternel, pour lui servir d`expiation.
4. Ary hametraka ny tanany eo amin' ny lohan' ny fanatitra dorana izy dia hahazoany fankasitrahana izany, hanaovana fanavotana ho azy.
5. And he shall kill the bullock before the LORD: and the priests, Aaron's sons, shall bring the blood, and sprinkle the blood round about upon the altar that is by the door of the tabernacle of the congregation.
5. "Il égorgera le veau devant l`Éternel; et les sacrificateurs, fils d`Aaron, offriront le sang, et le répandront tout autour sur l`autel qui est à l`entrée de la tente d`assignation."
5. "Dia hamono ny zanak' omby eo anatrehan' i Jehovah izy; ary ireo mpisorona, zanakalahin' i Arona, dia hanatitra ny rà ka hanopy azy manodidina amin' ny lafin' ny alitara, izay eo anoloan' ny varavaran' ny tranolay fihaonana."
6. And he shall flay the burnt offering, and cut it into his pieces.
6. Il dépouillera l`holocauste, et le coupera par morceaux.
6. Ary hohodirany ny fanatitra dorana, dia horasainy izany.
7. And the sons of Aaron the priest shall put fire upon the altar, and lay the wood in order upon the fire:
7. Les fils du sacrificateur Aaron mettront du feu sur l`autel, et arrangeront du bois sur le feu.
7. Ary ireo zanakalahin' i Arona mpisorona dia hanisy afo eo ambonin' ny alitara ka handahatra kitay eo amin' ny afo.
8. And the priests, Aaron's sons, shall lay the parts, the head, and the fat, in order upon the wood that is on the fire which is upon the altar:
8. Les sacrificateurs, fils d`Aaron, poseront les morceaux, la tête et la graisse, sur le bois mis au feu sur l`autel.
8. Ary ireo mpisorona, zanak' i Arona, dia handahatra ny voarasa mbamin' ny lohany sy ny saborany eo ambonin' ny kitay eo amin' ny afo izay eo ambonin' ny alitara:
9. But his inwards and his legs shall he wash in water: and the priest shall burn all on the altar, to be a burnt sacrifice, an offering made by fire, of a sweet savour unto the LORD.
9. "Il lavera avec de l`eau les entrailles et les jambes; et le sacrificateur brûlera le tout sur l`autel. C`est un holocauste, un sacrifice consumé par le feu, d`une agréable odeur à l`Éternel."
9. Fa ny taovany sy ny tongony kosa hosasany amin' ny rano dia hodoran' ny mpisorona eo ambonin' ny alitara izy rehetra ho fanatitra dorana, dia fanatitra atao amin' ny afo ho hanitra ankasitrahana ho an' i Jehovah.
10. And if his offering be of the flocks, namely, of the sheep, or of the goats, for a burnt sacrifice; he shall bring it a male without blemish.
10. Si son offrande est un holocauste de menu bétail, d`agneaux ou de chèvres, il offrira un mâle sans défaut.
10. Raha amin' ny ondry aman' osy no ataony fanatitra, ka ondry na osy, ho fanatitra dorana, dia lahy tsy misy kilema no hateriny.
11. And he shall kill it on the side of the altar northward before the LORD: and the priests, Aaron's sons, shall sprinkle his blood round about upon the altar.
11. "Il l`égorgera au côté septentrional de l`autel, devant l`Éternel; et les sacrificateurs, fils d`Aaron, en répandront le sang sur l`autel tout autour."
11. "Dia hamono azy eo avaratry ny alitara eo anatrehan' i Jehovah izy; ary ireo mpisorona, zanakalahin' i Arona, dia hanopy ny rà manodidina amin' ny lafin' ny alitara."
12. And he shall cut it into his pieces, with his head and his fat: and the priest shall lay them in order on the wood that is on the fire which is upon the altar:
12. "Il le coupera par morceaux; et le sacrificateur les posera, avec la tête et la graisse, sur le bois mis au feu sur l`autel."
12. Dia horasarasainy izany mbamin' ny lohany sy ny saborany, ka halahatry ny mpisorona eo ambonin' ny kitay eo amin' ny afo izay ambonin' ny alitara izany.
13. But he shall wash the inwards and the legs with water: and the priest shall bring it all, and burn it upon the altar: it is a burnt sacrifice, an offering made by fire, of a sweet savour unto the LORD.
13. "Il lavera avec de l`eau les entrailles et les jambes; et le sacrificateur sacrifiera le tout, et le brûlera sur l`autel. C`est un holocauste, un sacrifice consumé par le feu, d`une agréable odeur à l`Éternel."
13. "Fa ny taovany sy ny tongony kosa hosasany amin' ny rano, dia hoentin' ny mpisorona izy rehetra ka hodorany eo ambony alitara izany; fanatitra dorana izany, dia fanatitra atao amin' ny afo, ho hanitra ankasitrahana ho an' i Jehovah."
14. And if the burnt sacrifice for his offering to the LORD be of fowls, then he shall bring his offering of turtledoves, or of young pigeons.
14. Si son offrande à l`Éternel est un holocauste d`oiseaux, il offrira des tourterelles ou de jeunes pigeons.
14. Ary raha vorona no aterina ho an' i Jehovah ho fanatitra dorana, dia domohina na zana-boromailala no ateriny ho fanatiny.
15. And the priest shall bring it unto the altar, and wring off his head, and burn it on the altar; and the blood thereof shall be wrung out at the side of the altar:
15. "Le sacrificateur sacrifiera l`oiseau sur l`autel; il lui ouvrira la tête avec l`ongle, et la brûlera sur l`autel, et il exprimera le sang contre un côté de l`autel."
15. "Ary haterin' ny mpisorona ho eo amin' ny alitara izany, ka hotapahiny amin’ny hohony ny lohany, dia hodorany eo ambony alitara; ary hofiazany eo amin' ny lafin' ny alitara ny rany."
16. And he shall pluck away his crop with his feathers, and cast it beside the altar on the east part, by the place of the ashes:
16. Il ôtera le jabot avec ses plumes, et le jettera près de l`autel, vers l`orient, dans le lieu où l`on met les cendres.
16. "Ary hoesoriny ny takorobabony sy ny volony ka hariany eo atsinanan' ny alitara, dia eo amin' ny fitoeran-davenona;"
17. And he shall cleave it with the wings thereof, but shall not divide it asunder: and the priest shall burn it upon the altar, upon the wood that is upon the fire: it is a burnt sacrifice, an offering made by fire, of a sweet savour unto the LORD.
17. "Il déchirera les ailes, sans les détacher; et le sacrificateur brûlera l`oiseau sur l`autel, sur le bois mis au feu. C`est un holocauste, un sacrifice consumé par le feu, d`une agréable odeur à l`Éternel."
17. "Ary hosamahiny amin' ny elany no fameraka azy, fa tsy hohenteriny; ary handoro izany eo ambony alitara ny mpisorona, ambonin' ny kitay izay eo amin' ny afo; fanatitra dorana izany, dia fanatitra atao amin' ny afo ho hanitra ankasitrahana ho an' i Jehovah."
