2. How hast thou helped him that is without power? how savest thou the arm that hath no strength?
2. Comme tu sais bien venir en aide à la faiblesse! Comme tu prêtes secours au bras sans force!
2. Ahoana no nanampianao ny tsy manan-kery? Ary ahoana no namonjenao ny sandrin' ny tsy manan-kery?
3. How hast thou counselled him that hath no wisdom? and how hast thou plentifully declared the thing as it is?
3. Quels bons conseils tu donnes à celui qui manque d`intelligence! Quelle abondance de sagesse tu fais paraître!
3. Ahoana no nanoloranao saina ny tsy manam-pahendrena? Ary ahoana no nampahafantaranao ny zavatra araka ny tokony ho izy?
4. To whom hast thou uttered words? and whose spirit came from thee?
4. A qui s`adressent tes paroles? Et qui est-ce qui t`inspire?
4. Iza no nandaharanao teny? ary fanahin' iza no nivoaka avy tao aminao?
5. Dead things are formed from under the waters, and the inhabitants thereof.
5. "Devant Dieu les ombres tremblent Au-dessous des eaux et de leurs habitants;"
5. Ny zavatra maty no miforina avy any ambanin' ny rano, sy izay mponina ao.
6. Hell is naked before him, and destruction hath no covering.
6. Devant lui le séjour des morts est nu, L`abîme n`a point de voile.
6. Miharihary eo anatrehany ny helo, ary ny fandringanana dia tsy mirakotra.
7. He stretcheth out the north over the empty place, and hangeth the earth upon nothing.
7. Il étend le septentrion sur le vide, Il suspend la terre sur le néant.
7. Mamelatra ny avaratra ho eny ambonin' ny habakabaka Izy, ary manantona ny tany amin' ny tsy misy.
8. He bindeth up the waters in his thick clouds; and the cloud is not rent under them.
8. Il renferme les eaux dans ses nuages, Et les nuages n`éclatent pas sous leur poids.
8. Fonosiny amin' ireo rahona matevina ny rano, nefa ny fanambanin' ny rahona tsy mety triatra.
9. He holdeth back the face of his throne, and spreadeth his cloud upon it.
9. Il couvre la face de son trône, Il répand sur lui sa nuée.
9. Manakona ny endriky ny sezafiandrianany Izy, ka mamelatra ny rahony eo amboniny.
10. He hath compassed the waters with bounds, until the day and night come to an end.
10. Il a tracé un cercle à la surface des eaux, Comme limite entre la lumière et les ténèbres.
10. Asiany faritra manodidina ny rano mandra-pahatapitry ny andro sy ny alina.
11. The pillars of heaven tremble and are astonished at his reproof.
11. Les colonnes du ciel s`ébranlent, Et s`étonnent à sa menace.
11. Ny andrin' ny lanitra nihozongozona sady ankona amin' ny teny mafy ataony.
12. He divideth the sea with his power, and by his understanding he smiteth through the proud.
12. Par sa force il soulève la mer, Par son intelligence il en brise l`orgueil.
12. Ny heriny no entiny mampisaraka ny ranomasina, ary ny fahalalany no hamelezany ny mpirehareha.
13. By his spirit he hath garnished the heavens; his hand hath formed the crooked serpent.
13. Son souffle donne au ciel la sérénité, Sa main transperce le serpent fuyard.
13. "Ny Fanahiny no mahatsara tarehy ny lanitra ; ny tanany no namorona ny menarana miolikolika."
14. Lo, these are parts of his ways: but how little a portion is heard of him? but the thunder of his power who can understand?
14. "Ce sont là les bords de ses voies, C`est le bruit léger qui nous en parvient; Mais qui entendra le tonnerre de sa puissance?"
14. "Indro, ireny dia ny ampahany amin' ny alehany ihany; fa ampahany kely ihany no re ny aminy, fa ny amin' ny fikotroky ny heriny, iza no mahatakatra izany?"
