1. Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful.

1. Sambatra ny olona izay tsy mandeha eo amin’ny tolo-tsain’ny tsy araka an’Andriamanitra, na mijanona eo amin’ny lalana falehan’ny mpanota, na mipetraka eo amin’ny fipetrahan’ny mpaniratsira.
2. But his delight is in the law of the LORD; and in his law doth he meditate day and night.
2. Mais qui trouve son plaisir dans la loi de l`Éternel, Et qui la médite jour et nuit!

3. And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper.
3. Il est comme un arbre planté près d`un courant d`eau, Qui donne son fruit en sa saison, Et dont le feuillage ne se flétrit point: Tout ce qu`il fait lui réussit.
3. Dia ho tahaka ny hazo ambolena eo amoron’ny rano velona izy, izay mamoa amin’ny fotoany, ny raviny koa tsy mba malazo, ary izay ataony rehetra hambinina avokoa.
4. The ungodly are not so: but are like the chaff which the wind driveth away.
4. Il n`en est pas ainsi des méchants: Ils sont comme la paille que le vent dissipe.

5. Therefore the ungodly shall not stand in the judgment, nor sinners in the congregation of the righteous.
5. "C`est pourquoi les méchants ne résistent pas au jour du jugement, Ni les pécheurs dans l`assemblée des justes;"
5. Ary noho izany ny tsy araka an' Andriamanitra dia tsy hahajanona eo amin’ny fitsarana, na ny mpanota eo amin’ny fiangonan’ny marina.
6. For the LORD knoweth the way of the righteous: but the way of the ungodly shall perish.
6. Car l`Éternel connaît la voie des justes, Et la voie des pécheurs mène à la ruine.
