4. What is man, that thou art mindful of him? and the son of man, that thou visitest him?
4. (8:5) Qu`est-ce que l`homme, pour que tu te souviennes de lui? Et le fils de l`homme, pour que tu prennes garde à lui?

5. For thou hast made him a little lower than the angels, and hast crowned him with glory and honour.
5. (8:6) Tu l`as fait de peu inférieur à Dieu, Et tu l`as couronné de gloire et de magnificence.

6. Thou madest him to have dominion over the works of thy hands; thou hast put all things under his feet:
6. (8:7) Tu lui as donné la domination sur les oeuvres de tes mains, Tu as tout mis sous ses pieds,

7. All sheep and oxen, yea, and the beasts of the field;
7. (8:8) Les brebis comme les boeufs, Et les animaux des champs,
7. Dia ny ondry aman' osy sy ny omby rehetra, eny, ny biby any an-tsaha,
8. The fowl of the air, and the fish of the sea, and whatsoever passeth through the paths of the seas.
8. (8:9) Les oiseaux du ciel et les poissons de la mer, Tout ce qui parcourt les sentiers des mers.
